How do I sell my account?
If you are interested in selling your account, you may email: VGGT001@gmail.com . Please include as much information as you can about your account, including any equipment, items, skills or currency the character possesses. Please allow 48 hours for a response from our team, as we receive hundreds of emails per day and we reply to each and every one of them.
When I buy an account from your site, can I move that character to a different server?
No. Unless you are the original owner of an account you cannot move it between servers.
I purchased an account but I do not like it very much. Can I return it to you?
We do not offer refunds for accounts. Please consider this carefully before purchasing an account.
Anytime you buy an account, from ANY source, there is always an inherent risk. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you. We do our best to ensure the security of every account we sell; however, people can, and do, steal back accounts. This happens very rarely on the accounts we sell, but it does happen. We take better safeguards than anyone else in the business when purchasing accounts and those that have sold us accounts will vouch for that.
Buying an account is typically a fulfilling experience as you get the chance to play another class, usually at a higher level, and the time savings are immense. Some people literally save thousands of hours of play time by buying the account instead of leveling it up. In order to protect yourself, once we have sold you the account, you will want to change the password, billing, and registration at the game publisher's website.
Using a credit card offers greater protection than a game card as it is harder to reset a password when the billing changes hands. If you aren't the original owner of an account, never leave anything on it that you aren't willing to lose. This minimizes your risks. Do you accept debit cards?
If the Debit or Checking card has a holographic logo on it, they are generally accepted. If the card is not a Visa or MasterCard, it may not be accepted.
How do I pay with my credit card without using Paypal?
We do offer the option to pay using a credit card outside of Paypal. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process as normal, and once you are forwarded to Paypal you will be presented with an option to pay with your Paypal account or an independent credit card. The option to use a credit card is available through both services.
Why won't my credit card work?
Credit cards can be denied for several reasons. The most common reason is that the bank processing the card does not permit online transactions for security reasons. You may contact your bank to enable your card to be eligible for online transactions. Another reason is that a piece of information may not match when the payment solution checks the verification of the card. In this instance contacting the credit card solution to determine why the card was not allowed to pass is the quickest way to solve the problem. Credit cards from all countries may not be accepted and your country must be located in their permitted list in order to use the credit card merchant account service.
If you have previously entered your credit card when attempting to open a Paypal account, they will not accept the card unless it is used through the original Paypal account. The card cannot be used independently through Paypal outside of the account for security reasons.
Deliveries
How is delivery accomplished?
After you complete the order process and have sent payment, the order appears in our delivery queue in the order in which it was received. Our delivery team will then log into the appropriate game and contact the character specified on the order form. If our delivery team is unable to make contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided. You may reply to this e-mail or log onto us to verify the status of your delivery.
How long does delivery take?
If your order is in stock we can usually deliver within 15 to 20 minutes, deliveries can occasionally take up to 90 minutes or longer however depending on order volumes and game server traffic.
I have been waiting in game for a really long time. How do I confirm my order?
If you have placed an order and have been waiting in game for more than 15 minutes, first check your contact email to see if we have tried to locate you. If no email is in your inbox, feel free to log onto our contact window and speak with one of our customer service representatives to confirm everything is alright with your order.
E-checks
What is a pending e-check, and why do I need to wait for it to clear?
A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Paypal. A pending e-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically. Just like normal checks, pending e-checks take a few days to clear while Paypal verifies the funds are present within the senders account. Once the check has cleared, the money is transferred to VGGT's account and then delivery can take place immediately thereafter.
How do I avoid sending an e-check?
An e-check results when a payment is sent from an unverified account without sufficient balance in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order. Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the 3 to 4 day delay. To avoid sending an e-check, first complete the verification process for your account, and then make sure the funds are present in Paypal before you place an order. To confirm your payment type, just before placing the order you will see a blue hyperlink that reads: "choose more funding options". By clicking this link you may determine which option is currently selected for your payment, and what payment options your account supports.
I've sent an e-check, but I did not mean to. How do I cancel it?
If you have mistakenly sent a pending e-check, you may log onto our help part to request a refund. If you wish to receive an instant delivery, you may place the order with a valid credit card. Our help part representatives can guide you through this process and will answer any questions you might have.
Exchange rates
How does VGGT calculate exchange rates for trade orders?
VGGT uses an equation that balances several factors in determining exchange rates, including: the supply and demand on each of the servers, present stock levels and a transactional margin fee based on the availability and cost of the transfer.
I'm not satisfied with current exchange rates, what can I do?
VGGT's exchange rates are constantly fluctuating with the ebb and flow of the market. Since there are so many factors that go into determining exchange rates, it is impossible to predict when or how the rates will change. If you are unsatisfied with the exchange rates, you may want to hold out until the prices change to a more favorable level. Of course, keep in mind that there are no guarantees the rates will improve.

Will the bank charge me a fee when I go to deposit the corporate check?
The policy for depositing corporate checks varies depending on the bank. Be sure to inquire of your bank any possible fees before requesting a corporate check.
What is the Fee for sending payment via Wire Transfer?
The cost of a wire transfer can vary depending on the bank. Make sure to check with your bank before requesting a wire transfer payment.

Why am I unable to change my personal information in the membership area of the site?
The membership area is currently under construction and all of its features are not completely implemented. The membership registration is not required in order to place an order, and you may do so freely at anytime regardless if you have registered or not.
Does VGGT support price matching?

Yes. VGGT does support a 24 hour price protection policy. How do I place an order with VGGT?
Step 1. To place an order with VGGT, first visit our website at www.VGGT.com.
Step 2. Select the game you prefer, and then choose the server you wish to browse by
clicking it from the menu on the left hand side.
Step 3. To purchase currency, simply select the quantity you wish to buy from the pull
down menu and click "buy". You may also add any items or accounts you wish to purchase
by clicking "buy".
Step 4. Once you are satisfied with your shopping situation, click "next" to advance to
next information stage. Fill in the appropriate details concerning the delivery time
and character information.
Step 5. After completing the information page, check the "By checking this box I hereby
accept the Terms and Conditions as set forth by the company " box and click "next".
Our payment platforms are currently Paypal and Verisign (credit card). After choosing
the desired method of payment you will be forwarded to the appropriate area after
clicking "online payment".
Step 6. You will now be forwarded to the payment page, (either PayPal or Verisign Credit
Card). Fill out the appropriate information fields until you reach the message "You have

If I buy an item, how do I receive it?

Why does my shopping cart remain empty even after I have tried to add something?

How do I trade currencies from server to server or from game to game?
Our site VGGT.com/en is set up to easily process cross-server or cross-game transfers. VGGT must receive the currency on the departure server/game before we can deliver to the arrival server/game.
I am using SWG trial version; can I purchase credits from VGGT?
Yes. However, the trial version can only hold a maximum of 50,000 credits at one time, so if you have ordered more than this, you CANNOT receive it until you have installed the full version of the game. If you have purchased SWG credits with the trial version, your order will be reserved and held ready for delivery until you are ready to accept it. You may return to our help at your convenience to arrange the delivery.
Why did the delivery person send me a message and then disappear from the game?
Sometimes the stock ordered is spread across several accounts, and we like to consolidate it for the convenience of the client before the final trade takes place. It is also possible that our character has been disconnected, and is attempting to log back into the game. Can I send you a bank Transfer as a payment option, and how much does it cost?
Bank transfers are not officially a payment option available on the website; however we do offer them for payments exceeding one thousand dollars. If you would like to send us a special bank transfer for the purchase of a large amount of stock, please inquire on our help to work out the details.
Are there any handling fee/administrative fee for using a Paypal payment?
There are no fees incurred while sending money through Paypal. However, the fees for receiving Paypal payments can vary depending on the type of account you possess. If you have a 'personal' account, the charge to receive money is 30 cents per transaction. If you have upgraded to a premier account, the fee is 2.9% plus 30 cents of the transaction, provided your account originates from the United States. Outside the United States, the fee for receiving money from a premier account is 3.9% plus 30 cents. If you receive over 1000 dollars over a 3 month period, you are eligible to attain paypal merchant status, which reduces the percentage fee by 0.7%, i.e. 2.2% for premier (U.S) and 3.2% for premier (international). Once you upgrade your account to premier status, you cannot downgrade the account back to personal.

What is a transaction ID? Where do I find it?
A transaction ID is term used to describe Paypal payments. Every time money is sent or received through Paypal, the transaction is assigned its own individual transaction ID. Why do I have to send money first? How do I know you will uphold your part of the transaction?
